San Antonio Sports partnered with Noisy Trumpet to launch the first-ever San Antonio Marathon. As a brand-new race, the challenge was to build credibility and large-scale awareness while efficiently converting registrations for the 5K, Half Marathon, and Marathon – without wasting budget once races filled.
The goal: drive demand, sell out distances, and ensure every paid dollar delivered measurable impact.

Noisy Trumpet executed a full-funnel, performance-driven paid media strategy designed to balance awareness with conversion efficiency. Creative emphasized finisher medals and finish-line moments to tap into achievement-driven motivation.
Digital ads ran across YouTube, Meta, Google Search, Display, Native, CTV, and OLV, with ongoing budget optimization throughout the campaign. Once races reached capacity, spend was strategically paused.
