Helping Providence Place Bring Hope and Solace to Women in Need

Jun 8, 2021

For 126 years, Providence Place has provided a haven of hope for women seeking to end the cycle of generational trauma through their innovative services.

Founded in 1896, Providence Place formerly known as Methodist Mission Home is a licensed child placement agency based in San Antonio, Texas.

What began as an organization specializing in child placement and adoption services, sprouted into multi-phase programs that assist expectant mothers with life skills, job readiness, counseling and parenting education.

Providence Place’s mission aims to empower women by giving them a voice and the resources to build a better life. The agency’s “My Mariposa Home” offers a unique and restorative program rooted in trauma-informed care. This new program assists survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence or sexual assault by providing transitional housing and trauma-informed supportive services. The program is open to single women, pregnant women and mothers with children under the age of three years old.

In an effort to drive further awareness about their history, mission and new services, Noisy Trumpet is honored to be tasked with overseeing their branding and messaging, direct mail appeals, website maintenance, social media management, and public relations efforts.
